E! Online gave fans the chance to ask these three, Stephenie Meyer, Max Irons (Jared Howe), and Jake Abel (Ian O’Shea), their questions. Stephenie talks a little about how she developed the personalities and names of each character, which leads her to talk a little about the connection between Doc and her brother. Max and Jake talk about whether they are prepared or not for the fandom that may result from this film. Stephenie talks further about adapting the book to film, and how the ‘love box’ developed from Stephenie’s original idea of a ‘love triangle’ between two bodies, but three people.
